Description
The Chief of Staff – Analyst will ensure the seamless operation of business activities, providing administrative and strategic support across projects. Responsibilities include cost close-out of projects, payroll support, talent development coordination, and maintenance of administrative records.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee administrative tasks including financial documentation and inventory management
- Support payroll processes and talent development implementation
- Supervise and guide team performance and development
- Ensure compliance with risk and control policies
- Manage stakeholder communication and executive schedules
- Facilitate strategic planning and governance standards for projects
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Management preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-level coordination
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and perform under pressure
- Demonstrated leadership behaviours and continuous learning mindset
