The Chief of Staff – Analyst will ensure the seamless operation of business activities, providing administrative and strategic support across projects. Responsibilities include cost close-out of projects, payroll support, talent development coordination, and maintenance of administrative records.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee administrative tasks including financial documentation and inventory management
  • Support payroll processes and talent development implementation
  • Supervise and guide team performance and development
  • Ensure compliance with risk and control policies
  • Manage stakeholder communication and executive schedules
  • Facilitate strategic planning and governance standards for projects

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Management preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-level coordination
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and perform under pressure
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviours and continuous learning mindset
